The costs and the risk of the return shipment must be borne by you. You can also send the parcel by registered mail, so that your shipment is insured. We advise you to keep the receipt with the track & trace code until we have confirmed receipt of your return.

Once we have processed your return, we will transfer your purchase amount back to the account used for payment within 14 working days.

We do not charge an administration fee for a return.
